Elevate EHD 6.3 Fixings

The Elevate EHD 6.3 range is designed to give excellent hold and penetration when fixing to structural concrete, timber and steel roof decks. For use with with Elevate Tube Washers and Pressure Plate.

Drive style is Torx TX25

Available sizes: 6.3 x 50, 6.3 x 75, 6.3 x 100, 6.3 x 125, 6.3 x 150, 6.3 x 175, 6.3 x 200, 6.3 x 225

Minimum Fastener Penetrations

Structural Concrete – 30mm embedment in concrete using a 5mm pilot hole

Steel Deck (0.7mm to 1.2mm thick) – 15mm through underside of deck

Plywood / OSB (Minimum 18mm thick) – 12mm through underside of deck

Timber Purlins – 35mm fastener embedment in purlin

Timber Decking (25mm thickness) – 12mm through underside of deck
